I’ve always believed knowledge is power. As a late bloomer, I wasn’t expecting to find my true purpose in my fifties—but discovering doTERRA CPTG Essential Oils changed everything. Not only did they improve my health, but they also opened the door to a holistic lifestyle that helped me reclaim my well-being after years of frustration with conventional medicine.

After being misdiagnosed and dismissed for thyroid issues, allergies, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and fibromyalgia, I took control of my health. Through persistence, I uncovered the true cause of my chronic pain—a bulging disc, not fibromyalgia—and once treated, 85% of my symptoms disappeared. Along the way, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine guided me with acupuncture, supplements, and a root-cause approach that reinforced my belief: treating symptoms isn’t enough.

My journey led me to explore essential oils, myofascial release, the Amygdala Connection Technique, and more. Now, I’m passionate about helping others discover the power of holistic wellness—focusing on metabolism, sleep, stress, energy, and aging well. When I had a heart ablation at 65, my quick recovery proved the power of a strong foundation. Holistic living doesn’t mean avoiding health challenges—it means bouncing back stronger.

While many 58 year-olds slow down and ease into retirement, I started a business! Almost a decade later, I'm still so full of passion and purpose that there aren't enough hours in a day to accomplish all that I want to. Empowering people to take charge of their health is the biggest high for me. I don't want anyone, at any age, to be on auto-pilot or sitting on the sidelines due to poor health. Age well so you can play with your grandkids, walk your fur-baby, hike with your friends, travel, do whatever, be whatever you choose.

I also love sharing how being connected to a heart-driven company with products that sell themselves can provide residual income so that you can do all of the things! A bonus--being surrounded by like-minded people who want to make a difference, one drop at a time.
